February 23, 2008 I began utilizing Case Point over a year ago. I have used other databases, but none of them provided the customer service, customization and overall satisfaction and I have received from Case Point. Case Point is one of the very few databases that do not have a “per entry” charge which is very important especially when you are sending out a $40.00 invoice for a tag search. Case Point provides all the pertinent information (and then some!) that Investigators and Case Managers need to run a proper investigation. I recommend Case Point to everyone I speak with. You won’t find a better database anywhere.

January 07, 2008 I highly recommend Case Point Case Management Software developed by Sean Hall. Sean’s program is easy to use, economical, effective and allows my company to operate with higher efficiency. Sean listens to what PI’s need and the creates solutions for our case management needs. I have used the “Other Programs” but Case Point beats them all. My data is accessible to me anywhere and is always safe and secure. January 02, 2008 I have been using Case Point through it’s inception and design. I have logged over 150 cases in the system. I find Case Point to be an excellent investigative and management tool. It keeps me organized and up to date. I update reports and expenses on cases I’ve worked every day. The features of the system make it easy to add additional persons and vehicle information, then direct that information to a database or vendor for additional information. Simple to learn, yet it is the focal point of my case management, reporting and invoicing. I strongly recommend it.
