Case Point Management System is a complete Investigative Database System that can change and grow with your company. Easy to use and affordable. After downloading the setup.zip. Unzip/Uncompress/Extract the files. Note the location that you unzip the files to: 1. Click the Set Up Icon to begin Installation If you receive the message "Another version of this product is already installed." Please Click Here for additional instructions. If you don't receive and error proceed to next step.
2. On the Welcome Screen Click Next 3. On the End User License Agreement screen read and accept the terms and Click Next 4. On the Customer Information Screen enter your name and company and Click Next 5. On the Choose Set Up Screen choose Typical Installation. Don't choose custom. 6. On the Ready to Install Screen Click Install. If installation fails at this point Click Here for additional instructions. 7. Installation may take up to several minutes. 8. The Completing the Case Point Demo Version Set Up Click Finish. There will now be an icon on your desktop Called "Case Point Demo Version" Click First Time Use to proceed with set up of the program. This will include instructions for disabling annoying pop up boxes when opening the program.
System Requirements: Windows XP/Windows Vista *MS Office 2000, 2003, 2007 needed to use MS Word and MS Outlook Functions. Will work with MS Outlook Express, other Microsoft mail programs and Mozilla Thunderbird email. You do not need MS Office to use Case Point Management System. Contact: sales@casepointdb.com
