Where is my data stored?

"With the local version it is stored on your computer or local network, if are using the internet version the data is stored on a secure server so the data can be access any where there is an internet connection."

How is my data backed up?

"If you are using the local version of Case Point, you can back up your own data. If you are using the internet version you can perform backups at anytime." For your protection automatic backups are conducted daily on the server."

I have four networked computers in my office. Can we all connect to the same data?

"Yes, Case Point is connected to your company data, information entered into one of your computers will be accessible by all."

I have two office locations how can I share data?

"There are two options, with the internet version you can be connected and share the same data or have two separate company data files separating the office. Each office could connect to the others data if needed."

Can my letterhead be integrated into the invoices and letters?

"Yes, we can customize the application to include your letterhead."

I need a custom report with special criteria?

"No problem we provide custom reports quickly at a reasonably fee"

Do I need MS Access to use Case Point?

"No, Case Point will run without MS Access installed on the Customers computer."

How do I received software?

"You will receive all software and updates by download or email"

Can new fields or new tables be add for my business needs?
